Belt driers "DS"

General features:

The belt dryer is especially designed for drying perishable material, loose material and sawdust. For loose material a special inlet device allows the measuring of the material moisture, therefore, enabling the automatic regulation of the dryer and a reduction of the energy consumption.

How it works:

Is deposited a layer of material on the tape of drying which enters the drying chamber where it is crossed by the hot air which exports the moisture according tothe parameters and design specifications.

The first air passes through the wet material and subsequently the tape. This achieves the dual effect of drying of the material and considerable reduction of suspended material in the drying air. This allows for installation downstream of the dryer, if necessary, a filter of reduced size and obtain the second emissionlegislation.
